Read the following Q & A and then you are welcome to contact me for a free "Whats Possible" no obligation meeting. This is an investigative discussion around your goals for your consulting. I will also do a small analysis rating with you to assess where you are at and what needs to be developed. You are welcome to keep this assessment following the meeting.
How does the program work?

What is the Gold Medal Zone(TM) ?
This is the core of your consulting business, its reason for being and your reason for doing what you do. The Gold Medal Zone(TM) will be the stable base for your consultancy going forward. When you have doubts you will come back to it to refresh and renew. When you see opportunity you will use it to frame your pathway forward.
How will we meet and how often?
We will meet either in person, by phone or through skype where we can meet face to face. This requires a broadband connection and a camera - I recommend Logitech computer cameras, after experimenting they seem to work best. We will meet for a minimum of two times per month.
What support outside of coaching sessions do you supply?
Support is unlimited except for weekends and holidays. You can email me anytime and I will get back to you within 24hours (usually same day). If you want a job proposal reviewed just send it through, if you have a decision to make and need some clarity then email me and we will set a time to talk.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes I do - if you put in place the steps we decide upon for your business and for yourself and stay committed to them, I can guarantee your business will grow, you will grow and you will be a happy consultant. You will comfortably recoup your investment in the program

What will be my financial investment in the program?
$699+GST per month for 12months. All fees are tax deductible. Once we start work you will quickly assess that you will recoup this fee in no time at all. For special projects a fee will be proposed.
How long is the program for?
I have found that success comes from a 12 month program of coaching. 12 months coaching is one of my key value propositions. It takes time and effort to be successful. As coach to Ian Ferguson and Paul MacDonald there were approxiamately 180,000 minutes(3.5yrs) of training for 1m33s of race time with no guarantees of a gold medal and we were successful. I am only asking you for one year to move from Good to Great and with a guarantee that if you do what you learn you will go from Good to Great.
What happens once the program is completed?
You then have the option of joining The Kick Butt Club. This is $99 + GST /month and gives you access to me by email and phone regarding questions or advice you may need. Note that advice is on a small scale - for more serious questions and things that will need significant work then a fee will be proposed to you. This fee will be discounted as you are already a member of The Kick Butt Club.
